In honor of the holiday season, I have come up with my version of
"The Twelve Days of Christmas."

"Biker Betty's Twelve Days of Christmas"
~ Day Six ~

On the Sixth day of Christmas my true love gave to me,
6 chrome brake pedal covers (they have been known to fall off my bike, so extra is a good thing)
fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive gallons of gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!!!!! (worth gold these days!)
4 shiny chrome crash bars (that stick out so far I can't fall over, lol)
3 years of insurance (full coverage, mind you),
2 heated hand grips (Ya Baby!!!),
And a horn for my motorcycle (made of chrome).

Come back each day to see the next verse. I came up with this all by myself. I didn't copy this from anywhere and I would appreciate it if you don't copy this without asking me first. Thanks.

Hi Dawn, Thanks. Keep checking back everyday till all 12 days are done.

Hi Giest, It fell off during our family vacation to Glenwood Springs. I think it fell off at a rest stop. I got off my bike and remember bumping something, but was distracted by my sons and didn't take the time to investigate. Noticed it missing once we got to the motel for the night, which was only about an hour from that rest stop. At least it was the pad cover and not the whole thing! Yikes. We didn't go back the same way, so we couldn't stop there to see if it still might be there. I hadn't had it on the bike but about 3-4 months. Boy, was I bummed. I still haven't got it replaced.

Hi Mike, I know what you mean. It is incredibly cold here right now. Actually too cold to ride at the moment. But we get days when it's fairly warm and the heated grips would be nice. Thanks for stopping by.

Hi Pamela, click on the sparkly doo hinkys, lol, and it will take you to the website to choose lots of great sparklys for free. Not diamonds, but they're neat.

A Very Very Merry Christmas to you and yours!

I love my little tree and it will no doubt be my tree each year until I am no longer here...It just has so much history and is connected to someone who was such a good and dear friend....!
