My views, information, and adventures in motorcycling and photography. I'm a lady biker married to a wonderful biker husband. I love to ride my Yamaha V-Star 650 Custom and I want to share what I learn with others. I'm 5'2" tall and that provides challenges in itself. I've been riding just over 6 years now and I'm still learning lots. Check out my adventures in motorcycling and other fun activities. . .

Glad to hear everyone is getting a kick out of my weight loss program (lol). I've just gotten back from Boy Scout camp and trying to get caught up with everything. Spent 5 days there and had a blast with my son and the other boys in his troop. The above photos were taken at sunset on two different evening.
Monday last week Christine (from Christine's Corner) and I spent a day together on our bikes the day before I left for camp. We had a blast and I hope to post about that soon.
Safe Travels,Betty :)

Your pics are so great--what kind of camera do you have?
Hi KT,
Thanks. I got a great deal on my Kodak EasyShare Z7590. It's rated at just above the intermediate level. I love it. Right now I use all the automatic features and boy are there lots!! I want to eventually learn how to use the shutter control. I've learned that when it starts to get dark enough I must use my tripod. I've got my dads tripod and it works great. The only downside of my camera is it's kinda of big. I can't take it rock climbing, lol.
Great pictures! Hope you had fun camping:) On vacation saw so many on motorcycles and was ready to get back to our bike!
Hi Dawn, Thanks, Yes I did have a lot of fun. I really enjoyed all the walking I got in.
I miss boy scouts. I actually dropped out of girl scouts when I found out I don't get a rife shooting badge. So I tagged along with my dad and brother when they did scout stuff. I actually was the one to teach my then cub scout brother how to tie a tie!
Hi Angi,
I love working with the Boy Scouts. They now have Venturing for boys & Girls ages 14-20. They do just about everything Boy Scouts does, but more high-adventure activities. It's becoming more popular.
